Scott assisted us in finding a new home. He took the time to find out what we were looking for in a community and suggested several. After viewing his suggested places, we settled on two communities that we liked, and that were close to our golf club. He showed us quite a few homes, and we eventually realized a little larger home was needed in order to match our wishlist.Once we got to that point, he found us the right home almost immediately. We bought in wildblue which was a community we liked, and that had great amenities.We closed on the new home at the end of February. Scott then found a buyer for our then current home. He has assisted us in many things you would not expect.Keeping me calm whilst having two homes was one of them!But also in meeting some of the buyers requests whilst we were busy moving and buying furniture for our new home. Scott has a very good contact list of professional trades to call on for assistance when you need it.We definitely needed assistance because the time from offer to close on our then current home was only two weeks!
